There are no restrictions regarding practice prior to any Cal State events in 2011. In past years Region 7 prohibited practice 5 days prior to an event at the host venue. This is no longer the case.

To be clear, competitors can practice at CalSpeed, Adams, Willow and Fresno (if available) ANYTIME prior the scheduled Cal State event at these facilities.

NOTE: This is/was not an IKF rule and is not governed by the IKF rulebook. It was a series rule in the past and has been changed for 2011 by the series organizer (me). This post serves as the official rule on the matter.
