PRD-USA and Los Angeles Karting Championship are proud to announce the 2013 PRD Pan-Am Crown race. This inaugural event is open to PRD drivers from North America, South America and the Caribbean. The event will feature all PRD classes including PRD 1, PRD 2, PRD Senior, PRD Masters as well as the PRD Senior Pilot class. In addition to the PRD Pan-Am Crown, PRD-USA is pleased to partner with LAKC with a special PRD-Junior 1 driver program. All 2013 LAKC Members that participate in that class will receive a FREE entry to the first four races of the 2013 LAKC season. The top five in that class will also earn a free entry into the PRD Pan-Am Crown held later in the season.

Does anyone know if these packages will have the new clutch or the old clutch?

This program is being supported by the PRD factory. I would think that the engines are 100% current.

However, according to RLV's website http://www.prd-usa.com/2012-prd-125cc-c ... tes-rev-7/ , the 2007 (current) clutch is only legal through December 2013.

I believe current motors come with the steel clutch--good indefinitely.

What happened to the smiley faces we used to be able to insert in our posts?

Since my post yesterday, RLV has changed their website and extended the date the new clutches will be required to Dec, 2014.
