I have not reviewed the 2011 rule book or the IKF website to see what they are going to do this year. If the rule changed we will follow. We follow the IKF rule book unless otherwise stated.

Thanks Greg I have Johns contact info.
From what i was told the new pipe and clutch will be mandotory january 1st for ikf. I belive WKA allows the old pipe but not the clutch.
I think we were just asking since some clubs allow the old stuff a little longer, thats all.
