 Rule 27 Has Rule 27 always been worded this way, or is it new for 2011?

Yes, rule 27 was updated along with many other sections of the Series Rules. This particular change was to clarify that LAKC, just like most other karting series, has the responsibility in governing our championship, not an outside organization.

I see Rule 27 has already been revised.
Perhaps someone can explain the reason for the revision.
