 LAKC Round 1 - feedback
I had my first race at LAKC this past Sunday, after almost 3 years. What a great event/club/track/drivers you guys have there - well done! I had a great time. Looking forward to next month.
FYI for those drivers on a tight budget and time:
...woke up at 6:30AM and headed to the track...
$65 for Annual Membership
$100 for Race Entry (including a bottle of oil)
$0 for Tires (used old tires)
$0 for Fuel/Oil (used old fuel/oil)
Sub-Total = $165
Annual Membership Adjustment (6.5 per race) = -58.50
Bottle of Oil Adjustment (didn't open) = 20.00
TOTAL Race Day Expense (Direct) = 86.50 ...wow!!!
...got home at 5:17PM...

Alex, good to hear you had a great time at a great price.
When I walked through the door at 5:40pm, my family looked at me crazy like, "WHO THE HELL ARE YOU"?
Much love to all the track support from the many shops. including MTA, 2Wild, Pitts Performance, FTK, Empire Karts, BDR, Tony Kart West, GPhactory, Extreme Karting, and these are only the shops that I bought stuff from.
Lots of excellent deals on new and used chassis and kart stuff as well.

 Yes
Yes.
Our post race meeting is Tuesday night. We try to have points published before the following weekend is over. We will update the home page at the same time. Since this is our first 2011 race, we will also update the class list on the home page to match our 2011 classes.

What about adding the name of the 6th place finisher in Spec Honda - who cares about the first - six is what matters!

Alex, you were definitely in the game but 6th place? Come on. . . . LOL.
Dan, what he meant to say is that when he reaches that top spot on the winners list if you could post his name at 32 font size.
Thanks for the fast post of the results. . .

 Thank you
alright, I guess you are not going away so i would like to give a special thanks to Jimmy McNeil, Teddy, and Sal for assisting me with my carb issues.
I would also like to thank the neighbors for keeping me up all night celebrating their 1 year olds birthday with music at level 10 with the bass at 100%.
and I can forget the guy who showed me all of the love when I didn't think there was anymore that could be given to me, the guy who left a nice door ding on my truck in the Costco parking lot on Saturday evening and of course GOD. . . . .
now, , , , is there anyone else that I'm forgetting????? The track marshalls and LAKC.

My special thanks to Doug H, Wayne M and Jeff Ll of PULP Racing for the information, knowledge and ability to work for their race them during 2010.
Thanks Alex, I can't believe I missed them, they are the greatest group of guys and always racing whether on or off the track. The only kart racing them I would ever say I belonged to.
THANKS PULP RACING!

So what's it going to take to see the most important class, Deluxx, to be updated in the class list and the winner of the most important class, Deluxx, on the main page?
