To all the members of the Los Angeles Kart Club. The following is my official resignation submitted to the the board yesterday. I thank all those who have supported the club and myself over these many years.

Los Angeles Kart Club, Inc.

Gentlemen,

Effective immediately I am resigning my position from the Los Angeles Kart Club, Inc.’s Board of Directors and as treasurer of the club.

I have stated my objections to the use of club funds for the Board to have a paid, four day vacation to Mexico under the guise of an annual planning meeting or board member retreat. In all the years that I have been associated with the club either as a board member and/or the treasurer, we have never used club funds for this purpose. I can find no justification for what I consider an improper use of funds for this trip. The Board members all live within 45 minutes of each other and there is no logical reason they need to fly to Mexico for a “meetingâ€
